I use an Alvin 0.5 mechanical pencil with HB lead to sketch my cartoons. I like it because it’s light.

These Pentel Clic Erasers make it easy to erase specific areas. I use kneadable erasers a lot too.

I use a number 2 brush for inking, and a tiny one for going back in with Pro White to touch up mistakes. For the lettering and touch-ups on the drawing I use Sakura or Faber Castle pens.

Here are a couple different inks I’ve used. I find Dr. Ph Martin’s Bombay ink is nice and black, but tends to clog up my brush. Holbein flows better, but seems less black (although it scans into the computer just fine). I’m always curious about what materials other artists use, so I thought I would share :)
